No more gooey hands

I saw this product on the shelf at my last Costco trip and immediately thought this would be a great product. No more dirty hands from crumbling the feta myself every time. I have tries a pre-crmblrd product before, but it was in oil. That limits what you can use it for. This crumbled feta is great quality, has a nice salt balance, and is so easy to use. My husband has been experimenting by adding it to dishes in new ways. We bought it a few weeks ago and it is still fresh.

I buy Kirkland Feta because it is a great value and is sometimes also on sale. The cheese keeps for a couple of months and floats in a liquid brine for freshness.
