I had taken this Kirkland Fish Oil for awhile .. Its got a real fishy after taste its terrible. I hate that burp that comes out of nowhere and gag I'm dying. It works well but tastes gross. Im not for the fishy aftertaste.. Moved on...

I like this brand because it is so much cheaper. I take this pill a few times a week. The only thing I don't like is when a pill breaks and the whole bottle smells like fish!

Fish oil is a supplement that I have always taken since I was a young girl.
It's great for strengthening the nails and keeping the skin healthy.

I take these everyday. My mom gave us these as a when I was a teenager. They are easy to swallow not hard in the pocket book. They help me to have nice skin and endless good things on the inside.

The pills are the soft gels which makes them easier to swallow. The package was quite inexpensive for the amount of gels, which is awesome because these can be quite expensive. There is no fishy taste with these, nor after taste, which makes them much more tolerable.
