Delicious Premium Bars- Assorted

We buy these assorted bars from Costco sometimes for just under $20 when we are having guests over. The pack comes with three different bars: a caramel pecan brownie, a lemon burst macaroon bar, and a macaroon madness bar. There are 32 bars in the pack. Each bar is individually cut and portioned. The bars are thick and decadent.

My favourite bar is the lemonburst macaroon, which is a lemon and coconut bar. There is a strong lemon flavour, which is sweet but not sour. There are coconut shreds at the top and integrated into the crust of the bar. The caramel macaroon is extremely sweet, so it wouldn't be my first choice. It reminds me of a butter tart. There are various flavours and textures at work here, which makes it very decadent. The brownie is thick, soft, and chewy. It is drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with pecans. It is not overly sweet. The brownie would probably taste great microwaved for a few seconds, but I have not tried this.
