Caused Chemical Burn
I bought this product from Rexall for 99 cents, so my expectations were not high. However, I did not expect to get burns. About a minute after I coated my face in the mask it began tingling, and then burning. I never buy masks so at first I contemplated if it was normal. But no, after I frantically removed the mask my skin was left with noticeable redness and soreness where the mask had been. Two days later it still stings like a sun burn. DO NOT BUY THIS!
red skin?
got this as a stocking stuffer for christmas, used only a little but since there was so much in the pack, after rinsing it off, the skin it was in contact with was noticeably red and blotchy, almost like a sun burn. i can’t find any information as the why this happened, but make sure to be careful before using this mask!
Ok
I bought this at Rexall for $1.79 and didn’t have too high of expectations for this. It claims to reduce pore size and while it didn’t do that for me it did bring out some white heads to the surface so I could get rid of them. This may be a thing of where you’ll see results after prolonged use. There is a lot of product in each packet, you can get two uses out of one package and when you apply it there is a very cool and refreshing sensation that is quite relaxing to the skin. It doesn’t tighten too much and it will dry your skin so make sure you moisturize afterwards. I didn’t see any crazy good or crazy bad results. I was also kind of shocked that my skin didn’t have any type of reaction to this product at all. If you want a cheap clay mask to put on to relax this is a good option.
