Definitely a good purchase

As an avid baker and cook, anything that makes my life in the kitchen easier is a MUST and this is a must. My husband was skeptical but after seeing it in action, changed his mind. One of the most time consuming things I do is pie crust. Incorporating COLD butter chunks into flour takes absolutely forever and this turns a 20 minute step into a 45 second step. The only drawback for me personally is that I wish I got one of the larger ones only because of the amount of stuff I make where as most people will get by with this 5-cup or even a 3.5 cup without issue.
