A splurge, but worth it!
I just purchased a new KitchenAid stand mixer and I love it! These are quite an investment so I’ve been holding out on buying one until I really needed it and my other appliances saw the end. It was definitely worth it! The professional series provides very high-quality results and there is a noticeable difference between the classic stand mixer in terms of overall power. I find the 5 quart option to be the best and most versatile. That being said, it does take up a significant amount of counter space which is a bit of a problem if you only have a small space to work with. Additionally, I wish that for the price of the mixer it came with more attachments. That would definitely make it more worth it. Overall, I’m glad I finally bought one
Love my KitchenAid!
Wouldn't want to bake without my KitchenAid mixer. It has so many handy attachments! The dough hook is if course a favorite! It's a little pricey but worth every penny ad it dies so many things!
Love it!
Im a baker, so i have 3 kitchenaid mixers. The classic, the artisan, and the 600 pro. Love them all but if you intend on using it more then just an occasional kitchen tool, i recomend spending the extra to get the pro series.
Best mixer
My parents got me the turquoise mixer for Christmas ive used it a handful of time. So easy to use easy to clean heavy duty and a time saver. I bake alot so best gift ever
I love my mixer! It is easy to use and effective. It provides a hands free way of mixing that is much easier when you have children and don't always have 2 hands free. It helps provide consistent results between batches as well. If I could change anything it would be the size. It is an awkward size to store. I would also like the paddle attachment with rubber side for scraping to be provided with the original purchase as it is essential to scrape down the bowl as the one that comes with it doesn't always get to the bottom of the bowl.
I would still highly recommend it for the convenience even with having to scrape the sides myself!
I've had this mixer for a few years, and use it frequently, so I can attest to its durability.
I've used all three attachments that come with this model, making pastry, dough, cookies, cakes and candy.
It's a time and energy saver that I wouldn't be without now.
If you love to bake and need a sturdy mixer that will withstand lots of use, l can recommend this model.
I'd like to get more of the attachments for it, too.
We managed to snag a great deal on this mixer as I held out until the right deal came along. Knowing now how great this machine is, I wouldn't have waited as long and wouldn't have an issue spending more on it. It is such a help in the kitchen, no sore arms from mixing or cramps in the wrists! Clean up is also a breeze with all metal parts you can hand clean them or throw them in the dishwasher.
Kitchenaid also has one of the best no questions asked warranties. They'll send you the new product with a return shipping label and you put your damaged items in the box and send them back.
Purchased this beauty as an early Christmas Gift for myself as I had been wanting one for YEARS. I am more than impressed with the simplicity of use. I made my annual Christmas Cookies with this mixer this year and they haven't turned out better. I was able to whip up 4 different cookies in under a few hours and everything came together so nicely with this Stand Mixer. It is a professional series mixer and the quality truly shows.
I have NEVER had a more satisfying experience using any mixer (hand held or otherwise). Though it's a bit pricey, if you plan on baking or even cooking, this Stand Mixer is for you. It came with the splash shield, metal whip, dough hook and regular paddle attachments, the cover and cookbook. It isn't too noisy (I expected it to be much louder), you can carry on regular conversation while using it on higher speeds.
Though it's a higher end mixer with a higher end price tag, it's fully worth the price and once you have one, you will want to use it daily.
