This low fat fryer was a complete disappointment. I tried to make crunchy sweet potato fries.
I soaked them for awhile before hand. Exactly how the recipe book (that came with it) instructed
to do so. The fries for soft. I gave up after that. It's a super time consuming appliance and it doesn't
give you the results it promises either.
