Delicious!!

I love ice cream cones, ice cream bars... and well just ice cream in general. Klondike bars tend to be more expensive but I can understand why. They use high quality chocolate, ice cream and sauces. I purchased a box of these from Metro for just over $5. Each package contains 4 individually wrapped bars. The chocolate on the outside is rich and smooth. It has a delicious milk chocolate flavor and is relatively thick. There are little peanut pieces mixed into the chocolate which add a nice crunch and also a mild sweet/salt combination. The vanilla ice cream is rich and creamy. You get a thick layer in each bar. On the top is a gooey and decadent caramel sauce. The caramel sauce reminds me of the kind you would get on a sundae. It is delicious and super tasty. This is one of my favorite Klondike bars.

Creamy Ice Cream With Decadent Chocolate Shell

Each pack comes with four bars. I got mine on sale at Metro for $2.99 during the summer. I have also seen them at Loblaws/Independent. My favourite of this series is the Fudge Krunch, but this one is also delicious.

Each bar is made up of a crunchy decadent chocolate shell exterior, which is filled with peanuts. The interior is filled with creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with a thick layer of rich caramel sauce. The caramel sauce isn't overly gooey but I do wish it were. The peanuts in the exterior coating provide a nice crunch and contrast nicely with the creamy, soft ice cream.
