Great to make eggs hollandaise quickly

I’ve been on an egga hollandaise kick lately and I was getting tired of using a bunch of eggs and having lots of Extra egg white left over . So my friend told me about the package of sauce I could get and thank goodness for it :)
Saved me eggs and time !! Lol
The flavour is great and the price is perfect too ! It was around 1.50$ per pack .

Worked great - curdled on me the first few tries but that was my fault lol
I bought a bunch to keep in my cupboard ...

    Pretty good

Doesn't taste exactly like the real deal, but considering the time and energy saved this is definitely close enough to give it a pass. Nutritionally, it's a little high in sodium like many pre-made items, but as long as your health is good and you have no special dietary requirements you should be ok.

Very easy to make, but if you have weak arms I'd recommend using a hand blender with a whisk attachment, it makes it much easier and faster than whisking by hand. Goes really well on crab cakes and you can even add it to devilled eggs. For those of us who are a kitchen disaster or simply don't have time, I think this is a good substitute. Bon appetit!

This Hollandaise Sauce is quick to make in under 10 minutes - allowing for a simple yet rich tasting breakfast or brunch meal.

There is nothing healthy about Hollondaise Sauce...the suggested serving size of 1/12 of the package is NOT happening - We usually make half the package for both of us to serve over two eggs with ham on toasted English Muffins.

We use low sodium margarine instead of normal butter, and it still tastes delicious!

At a fraction of the cost of going to a restaurant for that Eggs benedict craving, this is the way to go!
