Le meilleur bouillon de boeuf!

J’ai reçu ce bouillon la semaine dernière, et ça ne pouvait pas mieux tomber!
J’ai des calculs biliaires et je ne peux presque rien manger... dans une crise crise de foie, j’ai pensé essayer un bouillon chaud, et pourquoi pas au boeuf pour faire changement?
Wow! J’ai été tellement impressionnée!
Ce bouillon est très concentré, mais pas dans le sens négatif, plutôt dans le sens où j’ai l’habitude de devoir mettre plusieurs cueillerées dans ma tasse pour avoir du goût... et là j’ai dû rajouter de l’eau! Le bouillon est velouté, goûteux et une petite cuillère à thé suffit pour une tasse d’eau pleine de saveur!
Le goût est aussi très bon, avec un assaisonnement parfait... un peu d’oignon et d’ail, je dirais? mais pas du tout piquant et aucun arrière goût qui fait picoter le fond de la gorge.
C’est simple, depuis une semaine, je m’en fais une tasse chaque jour!
Ma seule critique c’est qu’il n’y a aucune instruction sur le pot, pas de suggestion de façon de l’utiliser, pas de quantités suggérées, etc.

Great addition to my pantry

This is a fantastic rich stock. I didnt feel like make stock for 10 hours for French onion soup and decided to give this a try. It was tasty and no one could tell the difference. I also added it to my mushroom risotto and and it gave it a nice depth of flavor.

Excellent for a base for soup

Works wonders as STARTER IN MAKING SOUP OR SAUCES WITH AND EXCELLENT BEEF FLAVOUR. Not too salty, it adds a burst of flavour than using water alone. A very little bit of this powder goes a long way, plus shelf life is incredible.

This #loveKnorr Beef Bouillon Selects is SO delicious! The day it arrived #gotitfree I was feeling under the weather, suffering from a very sore throat. Right away I put the kettle on and then enjoyed a mug of Knorr Beef Selects hot bouillon. Who knew it would do an amazing job of soothing my sore throat? I was happy about that. Plus the taste of the bouillon was smooth and had great flavour. Immediately I put on a pot roast and added the Knorr beef bouillon to my sauce and what a flavour burst. I really love the way Knorr Beef Flavored Bouillon makes my food taste really flavorful. It is very easy to use in soups, stews and casseroles. I also mixed it with olive oil and rubbed it on steaks...very yummy. I would buy this item again. I used to use OXO but not anymore. #gotitfree
