Very flavorful bouillon cubes.

I used the Knorr vegetable bouillon cubes to make Beef vegetable soup. It was very flavorful and made the soup amazing tasting. It isn't as simple to use as the bouillon powder, but it is still a stellar product. I would highly recommend this product to boost the flavor in some of your favorite dinners.

Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Cubes - dissolving issues

Usually I buy the Better than Bouillon paste which is also concentrated and added to boiling water, but it seems to dissolve a lot better. I threw it into water with pasta and I also tried with rice just while they were cooking and I found remnants of the cube leftover at the end of cooking.

I used it when cooking brown basmati rice for a cilantro rice I make often. It was AMAZING. It's usually very good, but everyone agreed it was exceptional. The only thing that changed was I used these bouillon cubes instead of water.

It does contain palm oil in the ingredients twice - which while it has some controversy attached to it, is a vegetable oil. I consider this to be a healthy addition to my cooking. It was slightly too salty for me, but I just modified my portions and it worked out perfect.


I would considering buying this again, but likely because of the dissolving issues I would go with the powder format instead of cubes.

I received this product from FamilyRated in exchange for an honest review. I was really excited to try these because I’m always looking for natural ways to enhance my cooking or my family. This is perfect for bbq season as meat can get a bit dry. I crumbled up a few bouillon cubes and mixed them in some melted butter and basted the chicken breast with it after it came off the bbq. So delicious! This will definitely be a staple in my spice cupboard!

J’aime que la liste d’ingrédients soit simple! Les portions individuelles sont appréciées pour les moments pressé (ou simplement pour avoir moins de vaisselle à faire!). Un cube dilué dans 2 1/2 donne un bouillon très goûteux et relevé! J’ai fait plusieurs soupes de style ramen et j’aime beaucoup!

Petit bémol: je trouve toujours qu’il y a trop de sel dans ces bouillons (650 mg pour 3/4 c. à thé), même s’il est indiqué que ces cubes contipnnent 25% moins de sodium que leur cube de bouillon original...

Facile à utiliser

J'ai utilisé ce produit pour faire une soupe aux légumes. Un cube qui se dillue dans la soupe tout simplement, pas besoin de se compliquer la vie pour les quantités. Donne un bon goût juste assez assaisonné, parfait à utiliser pour faire de la nourriture à de jeunes enfants (juste assez gouteux et assaisonné, mais pas trop)

Great Addition to the Kitchen

These little cubes are really great. They're easy to use and dissolve well when cooking. I did cut them up into quarters and dispersed around the pan to make it easier. They are a little bit salty but not overly so that's unbearable. The second time I used these, I didn't add any additional salt to season. The flavour is really mild so it doesnt take away from your meal and your desired outcome. These are great little helpers in the kitchen.

I have been using the KNORR vegetable cubes for soups. And they have been turning out amazingly they taste really great and the best part is they have no preservatives and all natural ingredients, no added msg either . They only thing I messed up on was adding salt without salt it tastes much better.
