Nice addition to my spice rack.

I got this free to try, and have used it more than I thought I would.
It's so easy to add nice flavour to simple dishes. My family has been enjoying it in our potatoes, soups, and rice dishes.
Easy to use, flavorful, and a big hit with my family.

bouillon de legume

J'ai utilisé le bouillon de legumes pour faire une soupe maison et j'ai aimer son gout leger mais gouteux. Il s'est super bien dissous dans mon repas et n'a pas laisser d'effet sableux. Je ne connaissais pas cette variété, étant plutôt habituée a poulet ou boeuf. J'ai été satisfaite et en racheterai. J'aime faire changement et Knorrs a été a la hauteur comme toujours!

Good but not so great.

I did not notice the difference when I used this on the stir fry that I made. Tried using it on a veggie soup but I would prefer the other kind of Knorr cubes/powder.

Flavour Enhancer

I was lucky enough to receive this product from Knorr for free for testing purposes. It’s delicious and easy to use, so I’m glad I did. Being in powdered form in a resealable jar allows you to determine how much to use and doesn’t limit you to dissolving it in water. We added it to omelettes, burgers, vegetables, etc. The possibilities are endless. It really kicks the flavour of whatever you’re making up a notch. It’s also free from MSG, which is awesome. It comes in super handy when feeding a picky toddler and you’re trying to disguise the taste of vegetables (with vegetable stock seasoning!!), but hey, it works! The jar will last awhile, definitely worth buying and trying. You so t be disappointed.

A stocking experience

This was a harder review to write as we only used the stock powder a few times in our cooking. We are in the midst of summer so my family is out of the kitchen and at the bbq. Although, we did use the stock powder a few times, each of the times it’s turned out great. We like to make stir fry with rice and usually just use water in our rice. A chef I know (who also absolutely loves this new product) gave us the idea to use the stock powder in our boiling water for the rice to give it a boost of flavour rather than it being bland. It does do the trick. The best part about it, is that it’s vegetable stock, so it doesn’t matter if you are having beef or chicken stir fry it works with both. It also is easier than the bouillon cubes as you can decrease the amount if needed or add just a hint more. The directions on the container state 1 cup boiling water to 1 teaspoon and that was plenty for our rice. You can also use it to make some homemade gravy and of course in soups and stews. (Queue the chef who uses this product at a childcare in the kitchen when making soups, stews and other lovely goodness. She spoke highly of it, and agreed the vegetable stock goes with any dish.) I will be making more inside meals as the days become shorter and cooler again in Northern Ontario and look forward to more dishes with this veggie stock.

Nous avons été plus que surpris par le bouillon en poudre aux légumes. Ce fût le meilleur bouillon qie nous avons eu pour notre soupe au légumes. Il est très fort en gout et la texture est parfaite. Nois en rachèterons certainement

Great flavor!

I really enjoyed using the bullion powder. It allowed me to use as much or as little as I wanted. It provided great flavor to my dishes and i will absolutely be buying it again.

I used this product in a chicken soup. It was delicious. The taste was Devine. I will definitely be buying this product in the future. Highly recommend.

A Great Flavour Base for Cooking

I was able to try Knorr Selects Vegetable Bouillon Powder. I was making my homemade veggie sausage, which requires a lively vegetable seasoning, so I decided to use it for this. I was happy with the result. The salt level is right on, and the flavour was great. The powder is very easy to use, and I love that it has no MSG and is made with no artificial flavours or colours. This product is a great option for home cooks and I'll likely buy it again.
