I normally cook from scratch, but it's not possible every day.

Knor Sidekicks help make life a little simpler when it's just too busy. Although the ingredients are processed, it is low in calories & fat, and the sodium content is less than 20% of my daily limit.

It cooks in under 20 minutes, including boiling the water, cooking the noodles, and ending with a dollap of butter. I like to let it sit for about 10 minutes, and this seems to be the perfect length to get the perfect taste and allow the moisture to evaporate.

The taste is nice and light - with a buttery cream and zesty lemon taste - perfect side for fish!

It's a great side with most meats, and it's difficult not to have a second helping!
