Delicious in sauces

This seasoning blend is so versatile and delicious. I love that I can add a fresh touch of seasoning to sauces -- curries, tomato sauces, and to meats or veggies to add flavour. A little goes a long way, as the flavours are quite strong, so it can be used in a variety of meals. Highly recommend this product.

Quite a kick of flavor

This seasoning blend is a great mix of flavors. Although it is a little spicy for my tastes it definitely smells great. The cinnamon works well. A little goes a long way. Can be used to season a variety of dishes. I made chicken and rice with mine and it was great other then the spiciness. Next time maybe I will use less seasoning.

Amazing spice blend!!

I received the Knorr Taste of Ethiopia Berbere Seasoning Blend from ChickAdvisor to try out. I used this spice blend for a chickpea couscous dish and it was phenomenal. I’m highly recommend purchasing this spice blend and adding it to your spice cabinet, you won’t be sorry.

Flavor no one can beat

I tried this for the first time. I had it seasoned on my chicken and on beef stew. It was delicious. The blend was flavorful. It wasn't too spicy and I could enjoy it.

My family is not a soup bunch. I personally love soups so I have leftovers in the freezer. I used the Knorr Taste of Ethiopia with split pea and chick pea thick soups. I have never tasted flavor like this. Absolutely delicious to say the least.

My hubby is Ethiopian, so I’m very familiar with berbere. I use it in so many of my dishes, to add great flavour and spice. My husband made an Ethiopian dish, and was really excited to try the Knorr brand. He gave it a thumbs up, and is excited to use it again. We normally get our Berbere directly from Ethiopia, so it’s nice to see it coming to our local grocery store.

I am what some people call... a food lover. A foodie if you will and I like to try new things. I've had Ethiopian food in the past so I was really looking forward to trying out this product. I quite liked.

I can be adventurous when it comes to food so I'm not afraid of strong spices, but in this product, the flavours blend so nicely together and nothing is too overpowering. I also love that there is no added salt of preservatives. Sometimes this packaged spice blends can be way too salty, but I did not experience that with this blend.

I tried it with a fish, lentil and chickpea dish, but I feel like it would also work well with chicken or beef.

If you looking for a great way to mix up dinner time and try something new, I would suggest that you try this product. It's great for picky eaters as none of the flavours are overpowering. There are no added preservatives and the ingredients are 100% natural.

At first I wasn’t sure if we’d like it but to my surprise we did!! I received this FREE product & it was easy to prepare!! We’d definitely eat it again!! The texture & taste was really good!!

Adult taste

I recieved this product free and I really enjoyed it. My family not as much but they are a little less adventurous than I am when it comes to food. I would buy again if I was cooking for a adult group or myself.

Great for a quick fix!

These spices were great for a quick fix for a meal. I had all the other ingredients in house on a busy night and gave them a whirl! They aren't the quality you'd buy direct at a spice house but they sure do hit the spot. Yum! I'll buy again to have in the house for a quick fix meal.
