i love to use this with chicken.it smells soooo good! sweet flavor. easy to make a great dinner. i would definitely recommend this to others and purchase again.

Ce n'est pas le genre d'épices dont j'ai l'habitude de me servir. J'ai aimé le fait que ça m'a fait sortir de ma zone de confort. Je l'ai utilisé dans une marinade pour du poulet au barbecue. C'était succulent. Par contre, après avoir vu le prix en épicerie, pas sûre d'en racheter.

beautiful blend

Very much enjoyed this spice mix. the ingredients are straightforward and authentic. i used them in a traditional way with a tomato gravy made with butter, onions, ginger and garlic; and my husband said it tasted like a dish from our favourite indian restaurant! definitely will make again.

Excellent, versatile spice blend!

I tried out one of the Knorr suggested recipes (the Aloo Gobi) and was very happy with the result. This garam masala blend is one of the better ones I've tried.
I'm sure the other suggested recipes are great too, but I've been using it as a seasoning rub when I grill chicken breasts or pork chops. Great BBQ spice!

What a time saver

I received this free trial as part of the Family Rate Sampler Program! I was skeptical as I always mill and combine my own spices for this exact type of mixture, but no more! From now on, when I need the spice in a pinch, I will be picking up the Garam Marsala spice blend as made by Knorr.

I was over impressed in using this in my Butter Chicken Recipe, as well as a few other tried and true recipes I have always used my own in previously.

Although this is milder than my own blend, it still has the warmth which is what the masala is all about. The notes of all the traditional spices are present, and starting with your usual measure of spice in your favorite recipe is a great start, and then adding more to amplify the spice intensity is an easy fix for those thinking it will be mild.

The spices have obviously been combined freshly after milling, and the freshness is still present when the package is first opened, and the notes of all the spices hit your olfactory senses.

Great job, and thank you for making this such a time saver in the kitchen.

This spice would also be excellent in many other of my dishes that require a garam blend for it's spice combo. I can't wait to try it in my African Peanut Stew.

Quick mix ideas

I tried the garam masala spice mix in a butter chicken recipe. I used the recipe on the site and it was easy to make, the spice smells amazing and strong flavours. Was very refreshing, noexcess oils like the ready made jars because you get to control what you put in. Quick fix for week day meals and there's more than one recipe per mix. No chef skills required, easy for everyday people. Will buy and recommend.

Easy At Home Indian

Knorr Taste of India Grand Masala Seasoning Blend was a quick and easy option for making some delicious Indian food at home. I opted for a take on a Chicken Masala and found the Knorr Seasoning Blend to work perfectly in the slow cooker. Subtle flavour that blended well with all the other ingredients this seasoning was a great addition to our home-made dinner that everyone loved. One heads up is to be careful when opening the package, the fine powder can easily go everywhere, and I had some issues with the resealable bag. I enjoyed cooking with this product and would buy it again and recommend it to family and friends. This product was received free as part of Family Rated Product Review Club.

Since I am a fan of Indian food, I was quite excited to hear I was chosen for this campaign. #gotitfree The spice blend comes in a convenient plastic pouch that has a zip-top closure, which I prefer to a jar. The spice itself smells heavenly and gets even better once it's added to a dish. I used a recipe from the Knorr site for a Beef and Spinach Curry. The curry perfumed my home for the nearly 2 hours it simmered on the stove. Once ready, I had the curry over rice and it was delicious! I'll definitely be making a butter chicken next!

Love the taste

I just love it...i love cooking and always try new recipes. And I always love to use different spices in my recipes. I tried this knorr garam masala in my kidney beans and it turned so yummy. Kidney beans with basmati rice are liked by everybody in the house. So this time everybody was asking me what special I have added in my recipe. All thanks to more garam masala and family rated club who choose me to try this and send me free product to try. I am going to purchase again very soon.

Great flavours of India

I used this Knorr Garam Masala seasoning blend in a Sweet Curry Dijon Chicken recipe and it was fantastic. It added a curry flavour without heat and added such a great taste of India. #gotitfree
