Mouth Watering!!!

I have always wanted to go to Morocco to enjoy the food. This was an amazing preview!! The dish was really easy to prepare and the taste amazing! A definite stapple in my pantry from now on!!!

Soooooo delicious!

We loved this blend of spices! We used it on our potatoes and onion packs and man we were pleasantly surprised by the rich flavour! Yum yum! We will be using this on our favourite BBQ meats as well!

Spicy and oh-so good!

The sample recipe on the back and the picture of the chili pepper gave me a clue that this was going to be a hot spice blend so decided it would be a good bbq seasoning. I made a simple marinade of harissa spice, olive oil, and lemon juice for the chicken and tofu. I also made an aioli of harissa spice, mayo, lemon juice, and water to serve on the side.
The tofu and chicken were marinated for only an hour or two so not overly spicy, but the aioli was hot! Also, super delicious, the whole meal was devoured and my husband said he would eat it again, and soon :)
I really like that these are pure spice blends so it is true flavour with no additives or fillers. The package has enough in it for 5-6 meals like the one I made.

We recieved Knorr taste of Morocco Harissa seasoning blend free for review:
This powerful spice was added sparingly to a couple meals. It just didn't suit our taste. We found it too HOT for our sweet tender palette.
Soo before we had a chance to give the remainder away, the idea of using it as a chemical free wool dye...
... Two batches of wool yarn was dyed and added to an ongoing rug hooking project.. beautiful natural color!.... rug project is recieving lots of oh Wows! .... Loved it!

Smokey deliciousness

Firstly I received this product for free to try through the Family Rated campaign.

This was a lovely blend. I wanted to really taste the flavors on this one, as it was very different from other blends I have used previously, so my first time using it was in scrambled eggs. What a winner! It has a nice smokey flavor, and a subtle heat (dependent on how much you add) that leaves you coming back for more. I'll definitely be using this more often!

Fiery!

This blend sounded appealing, I was curious to try it. I'm a fan of all curries. I used it in ground chicken chili. I put a heaping tablespoon in it, which was too much. It was much too spicy, so I added kale to it, and also had it with rice. That helped cut back on some of the heat. It was tasty, a different type of flavour than anything else. I will try it again, but use a teaspoon.

Easy and Convenient

I was given the opportunity to try this product free from Family Rated and Knorr. I made the recipe on the back of the package however I substituted the lamb for all ground beef for my family. I did reduce the amount of the seasoning blend as this was a first for my family. My family liked the meatballs and we will be making them again. I also really like that these seasoning blends from Knorr reduce the multiple bottles in my cupboards.

Ne reste plus qu'à rajouter du sel au goût, puisque le mélange n'en contient pas. Le sachet se referme facilement et est facile à utiliser.
