Sometimes it works great

Have cooked with this a few times and it worked twice and not once. It was very strange as I used the same recipe.

All in all, when it does work, it doesn’t taste like much at all in your meal if you’re making a large amount. I wouldn’t use it for only two portions of Panna Cotta. It’s also quite expensive but from what I can see baking supply prices are up right now.

When I make the right amount of Panna Cotta it works out great, tastes delicious and does the job. It’s probably a me problem, being inexperienced.
