Worst customer service I've ever had after years with them
After more than 3yrs with Kood my almost 80yr old mother got noticein April 2022 her service was disconnected. She hadn't been paying enough monthly to cover the tax. She paid the $140 they wanted and asked them NOT to continue service. They "forgot" to add that to their notes and reconnected the service. She tried to call them in June and after leaving her on hold for half and hour and not saying anything to he she hung up. My sister finally got through to them in August and made sure they got it in their notes to cut the service. They now have sent her to a collection agency (who agrees the charges are not valid and is willing to reduce them as much as they can) and are ruining her credit, causing her stress and having her in TEARS talking to them because they refuse to admit fault and cancel the charges. She DID NOT ask for the service, DID NOT use the service and should NOT have to pay for something that was their fault. Instead of rectifying the situation and apoligizing they are insisting on charging her. $200 for a senior on a pension is nothing for a company like them but they don't care. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Most companies are willing to help customers out from my experience with Rogers and others I've had experience with. I would NOT recommend this company anymore and cannot wait to switch myself to another provider.

sneakily got me in (no contract .. cancel anytime free ...etc ) then few months pushed me to either another company (Rogers) or 2x my monthly $$ (remember .. no contract so they cag get u in cheap 1 month then over expensive as of the next month ! ... yes here in canada!!!!), moved to rogers (no other option at 1.5x$ .. better than the other choice of 2x$ ) .. had to sign giving them authority to disclose my credit and info to others (i thought only rogers ) fond even ppl from USA calling me for mortgage and credit cards and loans and... and .. and .... got my info from kodo ! whata cheap ! .... btw the did hard credit check on my 1st w/o my knowledge !

Problèmes de compte, support à la clientèle qui ne peut rien faire, site web qui par hasard fait des erreurs quand les spéciaux arrivent et redevient fonctionnel quand ceux-ci ne sont plus là, double facturation.
De plus, nous sommes confronté à un assistant vocal quasi inutile qui rend très difficile de parler à quelqu'un. Malgré le fait d'avoir été client pendant très longtemps, j'ai beaucoup de difficulté à recommander de nouveau.
J'ai oublié de dire que le support à la clientèle ne retourne pas les appels tu programme un retour d'appel et rien ne se passe.

You cant call them to ask for any assistance. Its like they have one person working. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for a week. Where ARE YOU?

What is wrong with them? I have never spoken to people that gave less of a shit in my life. Are they even trying? I have been trying to resolve an issue for 3 months. they will say they are working on it then you never hear from them again until you schedule another call back. You cant even call them,
Phone company that is run like a used car dealership.
This company is the worst in Canada. The network coverage is randomly spotty and their solution is to try and sell you yet another phone. They will never solve any problems that require more then the person you are talking to in the Philippines clicking their mouse. If it needs more then that forget it. Also you are not able to call them for help. You have to schedule a call back and then carry another phone around with you if yours isn't working to get their call. Then they try to charge you money for that call. It is the most asinine policy I have ever seen.

Koodo is the best phone provider I've ever been with! Their deals are the best when they have deals, half the price of Rogers (my old supplier). My favourite part is that I can easily change my plan on their website so I always check for plans better than the plan I have and switch to them to save money!

never a bad experience
I have never once had a bad experience with Koodo. My bills are always correct, Their customer service is amazing and when you call to speak with an associate.. you speak with a real person!! Their plans are great and they often update me on their latest and greatest deals that could save me money. No contracts.. amazing staff .. great plans ... Ditch your old provider and get what you deserve from a company!
I have been a customer of Koodo for over 4 years, and I love the service. I have an old plan that I have had since I switched to them. I love it! 6 GB (yes 6) and 250 outgoing and unlimited incoming and nights and weekends for 55.00!!!! that is a great deal!
