I would be lost without these patches

My only negative with these is the fact you look like a real idiot when you use them, but for me they work really well. I have Fibromyalgia and a brain condition called chiari malformation which both cause me horrendous Almost daily migraines which are debilitating. I have to use these alongside medication but the ice cold gel is amazing when your head is burning with pain they last up to 8 hours so you just stick on your head and rest until the pain fades away its definitely a shorter migraine with the help of these amazing little things.
