Does the job!

I got a sample of the dream wear and have to say i am impressed. You do have to be careful putting them on as your fingers can rip through the underwear if you grip it and pull, but even with a small tear in it, they lasted all night even though i move around like crazy in my sleep. They were also very comfortable and i found myself waking up less to adjust, which i do often with a regular pad.

Good for overnights

Great product to use overnight and on heavy periods. Comfy to wear, and I felt protected all through the night, no leaks.

Worth a try!

I received this product free to try courtesy just as a disclaimer. I haven’t previously tried a product like this so I don’t have anything to compare it to. Overall the underwear was pretty comfortable to wear. There are different sizes to choose from and although I had the small/medium, as I am on the smaller side I felt that it was still too big for me.Because of the size issue, it did not provide me with adequate leakage protection overall. Additionally, these are disposable products like other pads, and the cost of these can add up. They are worth a try!
