I suffer from endometriosis along with long and heavy periods. I tried everything before I found Kotex, and nothing compares. These protect me 100% of the time, day or night, although I only usually use these at night. When I first met my hubby, I would not spend the night at his house when it was that time of the month, I lived in fear of having an accident and would always make up some excuse as to why we had to stay at my house or why I was heading home to sleep. But when I found these gems, I no longer had to worry, after a few months of success, I could feel confident and protected, finally sleeping at his place any time I wanted!
I recommend these to all woman who suffer from a heavy period, they are a bit longer but you get used them after a night or two.

These are my go to overnight pads, I've tried others and always end up with leaks. Not with Kotex Overnights! They are a thicker pad, and longer than most, so are perfect for overnight. I highly recommend them to anyone that has leaks overnight with their current pads.
