Love it sooooo good on any pasta dish . I like to add this to my homemade pasta sauce at the end when cooking, I find that it tops it up in taste , Don't make my sauce without it

It's absolutely some of the best!! I highly recommend this for anyone that likes Romano!! I use this on everything. I love all kinds of cheese. You can't beat this in my opinion.

Shredded not grated please

I like this product because it is shredded cheese and not grated. So when put on pasta it melts right in and the taste is fantastic. I also like the cheese when I bake my asparagus just before they are cooked I sprinkle with the shredded cheese and it melts nicely on top and makes a nice presentation to the dinner.
