These muffins were ok would be better if tops cooked fully

This mix smelled so good after mixing all the ingredients. It was thicker than the blueberry muffin mix after mixing since it requires 3 eggs instead of just two. I was just alittle disappointed I was expecting my house to smell really strong of banana muffins but hardly smelled anything when they were cooking. The muffins came out fluffy but some of the muffins didn't cook all the way on the top. Some of the tops were gooey even though I preheated my oven fully before cooking them & even putting the muffins back in to cook a few more minutes didnt make tops cook any more. The walnuts in them were nice & decent sized pieces. Not sure if I'll buy this mix again.
