Bought 2 and they both have no power

I purchased one of these cooktops and it stopped working. I got another one because during covid no one would come in to fix my stove. It did the same thing. There is no power, it will not turn on nor do any of the lights come on. Any Suggestions?
This brand seems to really be lacking IMHO in quality. I do not recommend this at all
