Bought 2 and they both have no power

I purchased one of these cooktops and it stopped working. I got another one because during covid no one would come in to fix my stove. It did the same thing. There is no power, it will not turn on nor do any of the lights come on. Any Suggestions?
This brand seems to really be lacking IMHO in quality. I do not recommend this at all

Stopped Working

The unit is out of warranty (4 years old) but was only used 4-5 times a year. It recently stopped working and will not turn on. I know there is power to the unit but none of the buttons work. I expected to get a lot more use out of it.

Saved me hundreds of dollars in hydro

I have unplugged my stove. I have 2 of these amazing products...food cooks relatively quickly...but the best thing is my hydro bill has decreased by at least 50.oo a month. Go out and buy one or two today.

Wish I had room for another

I purchased this induction cooktop to use in replace of my stove burners. I was amazed at how well it worked. It's faster, cleaner, safer, and more energy efficient than traditional cooktops and has changed the way I cook. I will never go back to using burners on a regular basis. its also very nice looking. I am so impressed that my girlfriend purchase both the large and smaller one. Now I am hoping for the smaller one with the fondue pot for my birthday :-)
