My Kat Von D palette is definitely one of my favourites and most used. It is a strictly matte palette and comes with three bigger shadows and 9 smaller ones. I love the layout of the palette and the tips that come with it to create certain looks. The white in this palette is perfect for my inner corners and the burgundy colour is definitely my favourite in the palette, possibly my favourite shadow as well.

I love this palette. The colors range from cold to warm so it is suiting for any skin color. The colors are build able and very easy to blend. I use every single color in this palette.

I love this palette. I am a beginner to contouring but this makes it easy. The dark colours are a little dark for me but they blend well so they work. I love the light colours for around my eyes.

This is the best palette if you are unsure about what colours you want. Such a beautiful section and has you covered from day to night. I am obsessed with this and although I don't wear eyeshadow everyday it makes me want to!

Out of all the contour products I've used, this is by FAR the best powder contour kit. The cheaper and more expensive kits in my collection do not even come close. Formula is buttery and easy to blend. Also works for a range of skin tones.

Kat Von D eye shadows are amazingly pigmented, smooth to apply and blend flawlessly. With a beautiful matte finish, this palette gives you tens of colour combos for gorgeous looks.

when it comes to matte shadows this is my definite go to. Although it is pricier it's totally worth what you spend on it. Easily blendable shades that all work well with each other. The names of the shadows are amazing especially succubus lol!!!! Definitely wear that color on a date!! Anyways, I totally suggest this for novices or makeup gurus easily useable by everyone

I was looking for a neutral pallette for the longest while and went back and forth putting in and removing a ton. It boiled down to this one after reading reviews for recommended pallettes for hooded eyes. I stupidly used it in a rush one night going for dinner thinking this would barely show...man I was wrong! This is hiiiighly pigmented. ..don't be fooled by the lighter looking mid tone colours...they are true to what you see not a sheer wash. The key to these are using the right brush to apply as little or as much as you like.

This is pricey but you do end up with 3 quads that are mix and matchable.
My only con would be that shadows become dusty after going in so be careful if holding it vertically as some may fall on your clothes.

Otherwise great quad for hooded, mature and everyone in between looking for a neutral matte pallette.

SUPER SUPER IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT - I DON'T KNOW WHY I NEVER CONVINCED MYSELF TO BUY IT EARLIER. I was having a pretty down day and made a spontaneous trip to Sephora. I've been eyeing this palette and a few others (ie: anastasia, smashbox, etc.) for a while now, but I decided to try it on my face that day (as opposed to my usual hand swatches). The SA lent me her brush and WOW it blends so smoothly and the color just looks amazing. I definitely feel the brush made all the difference - so for anyone that's interested, it's Sephora's #79. (I also tried the Anastasia one on my face, but I feel the Kat Von D shades suits my skin tone better). For $55 ... it's actually such a steal (eyeliners are $20-25, foundations are $40-50, lipsticks are $20-40, etc. for perspective sake)

Although Kat VonD products seem to be a little on the pricey side, they definitely do deliver! All of the shadows are highly pigmented, and they compliment any skin tone/shade perfectly. I love that they are very buttery, and glide on very easy, and are easy to also blend on the lid, or underneath the lower lash line. Worth the splurge!
