Not what I expectedi

I purchased the Kylie Metallic Matte Lipstick in Kymajesty when it was first released as a limited edition product. However, it has been released/restocked a few more times since then. The Kylie Metallic Matte Lipstick in Kymajesty tube wasn't filled all the way when I received it which was a known issue by the time they had already been sent out. But the biggest problem I have with the Kylie Metallic Matte Lipstick in Kymajesty is that it never dries down to a complete matte and transfers to everything. This has deterred me from purchasing any of the other Kylie Metallic Matte Lipsticks. I like the shade but for the price, I feel like there are better alternatives and do not recommend it... a least not in this shade.
