l'oreal hip product's are good. I really like the eyeliner it's pretty pigmented and te colors are good. i have th teal and blue liner which i really like. i for drug store makeup they are really good. i bought those liners when there was a bogo sale for buy 1 get 1 fre .

My sister bought this eyeliner for me a little while ago. I wear a pencil liner on my bottom lid all the time, but I didn't like using it on my top lid. I tried liquid but it looked too harsh, and I usually used a charcoal grey eye shadow with a liner brush on my top lid. The eye shadow worked well as long as I used it over a primer, but it was a little too subtle. This cream eyeliner is the answer to all my problems.

The only issue I have is with the provided brush. The cream tends to clump up on the brush and there have been many mornings when a clump of cream eyeliner has fallen into my eye while I'm applying it to my top lid. Just make sure to constantly wipe down the brush. Other than that, it lasts all day and barely smudges!

I was browsing chickadvisor for eyeliner suggestions, and the reviews for this particular product determined me to give it a try. In general I am not a huge fan of Loreal brand products, but I`ve gotta say, I am super impressed.
I wanted an eyeliner, that it`s easy to apply, that can give me a clean look without that harsh line of a liquid eyeliner, something that won`t smudge or wash away or flake or crumble... and cream eyeliner is the only version left for me to try out.

I love the texture, creamy and rich, doesn`t crumble or crack or flake. I love the colour (I only found a brown) it`s so rich and pigmented. I love the fact that it`s so much easier to apply, it goes on smooth, gives you a clean line without looking too harsh. I love love love this eyeliner...

This is the best cream eyeliner I have ever tried. The brush makes it very easy to apply. This eyeliner stays on all day without needing to reapply any. It has a very rich coulor which pop-out the color of your eyes. This is definetly a must have eyeliner!

Best eyeliner Ive ever used! The only problems I had with it was the brush, I suggest using your own because the I used was rough & getting it off is a bit of a task even with make up remover Ever liner I have ever used whether it be a pencil,a crayon,liquid or what have has smudged,ran,migrated...you name it! After I moved to FL i gave up on eyeliner. One day by chance I was talking my Clinque Rep about this problem & she let my try Clinques Gel liner which I really liked but I couldnt afford it at the time so I went to the drugstore to see if I can find a cheap alternative & behold! It goes on so smooth & so even! I threw all my other eyeliners that I had purchased for domestic purposes in the trash!

I absolutly LOVE this eyeliner! I even got it for a friend just to have her see how great it is! It goes on dark and I dont have to keep reapplying throughout the day. Only thing was that one morning I forgot to put the lid back on and when I came back it was dried out and I had to buy a new one. :x Oops!

H.I.P cream eyeliner is actually very good..
I had some friends try it and they had no complaints it doesnt rubb of easy and doesn't smear
it lasts long and comes in various colors i recomend this,,

I've searched low and high for easy-to-apply eyeliner with strong colors that will stay put, and I've found it. Every eyeliner I've ever used has smudged under my eyes. It's just the way my eye is shaped, I guess. HIP cream eyeliner is the one that stays on without fading or smudging the longest. I have it in Eggplant, a great purple color. I suggest using your own angled brush than the one it comes with. This is a great product and the fact that you can get it at a drugstore is just fantastic!

Gorgeous colour.

This product is a really high intensity eyeliner that delivers dramatic results. I always wear it and it makes my eyes really stand out. I have tried high end eyeliners but none of delivered quite like this. I love the intensity and it is a really good product.
