This finishing powder somehow just "blurs" out lines and marks on my skin. It's not a huge effect, but noticeable. The product page says to try using it on just one side of your face, and I did and could tell the difference. It's still a matte finish, so it's not like some powders that add glitter or shine. It's great for everyday use over my normal foundation. It's even good just on it's own if I'm in a rush.
