Light facial sunscreen

I apply this everyday of the summer underneath my makeup. It is not sticky and leaves a perfect matte finish while protecting my skin from the sun. It's a little on the pricey side, but totally necessary and it works.

I like the product. Yes it is pricey but worth buying. Its perfect for my sensitive skin. Much better than many sunscreen products available in market.

Note: this review is for: La Roche-Posay 50 Anthelios MINERALl tinted "ultra-light" moisturiser - the bottle looks identical to mine, but just adding this preface.

In my days I have gone from 'natural' skincare to wearing liquid foundation, to powder, to Bare Minerals, PUR, to ultimately this foundation......I have to say that this is the easiest way to get moisture in addition to a bit of colour without any grease! I trust the advisor at my local SDM (Shoppers Drug Mart), but I wasn't feeling the 100% of trust when she told me about this product for a few reasons (1 of which I have yet to review....)..., but having learned that we ladies MUST not be negligent about our SPF facial regime, and being vain, I decided that I must find out what I needed. I heard about Skinceuticals (someone I know swears by their stuff...but more pricey) then someone said that they prefer Lancome, but before I went that way, I visited my SDM lady who brought me to the Laroche Posay aisle and told me that this is what she used - nothing like a personal testimonial right? She told me that the finish goes with any colour skin type - I'm medium and my 14 year old daughter is Snow White, so I was a bit hesitant - yes....I didn't think that she wanted to look like a Cheetoh.....however, after having my questions answered, I tried it on the back of my hand and then bought 2 bottles of it - one of me and one for Missy Lu....I went home, cleansed and moisturised my face and then put the product on...I was impressed....I needed about a dime to a nickel-sized amount, then quickly with all fingertips and carefully applied to my face....no mess, no grease, just a nice slick feeling that was dry...I was careful to blend along the throat area and with a bit of the moisture on my fingers, I moisturised my hands...even when I am feeling lazy, I put this on and then VOILA, I'm done - quick and easy....the sales lady told me that I could, if I wanted, wear my powder foundation on top, but frankly, I haven't found the need. Oh, and HINT: my Snow White-skinned daughter, wears this, but I do have to ensure that she blends, because, although not so evident on her face, but on her neck, the tint shows when not blended completely.

This lotion goes on very smoothly and works well with my combination skin. After it is applied it does not feel like there is anything on my face, and looks natural and blends well.

My favourite sunscreen out there! I have a dark skin complexion and finding a sunscreen that does not leave a white cast on face as always been a struggle until I discovered this product. It has completely changed my life. It is lightweight and absorbs really quickly. I can wear it under my makeup with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend it to all you makeup lovers out there.

The better suncream on the market. The doctor order it for me and I useit every day. Many studies said it's the better suncream to use to prevent skin cancer, so I use on my face ebry day. It's good to prevent dark spot and wrinkle too. I use it on my children also.

This product is expensive but is worth every penny; I was recommended to start using it as a daily moisturizer by my dermatologist due to sun damage (which I was shocked by since I'm only 21!). It surprisingly works very well as a moisturizer, and my skin has not accumulated any further sun damage since I began using it.
