Great sunscreen for everyday use on sensitive skin

I love this sunscreen! It doesn't sting or burn my sensitive skin and is effective at protecting against the sun. It absorbs quickly and can be used under makeup. It is unscented. Will buy again.

I feel confident in my UV protection

I recently learned that the SPF on a product refers only to the UVB protection (i.e., protection from sunburn) but not to UVA (the rays that cause cancer and aging). I was wondering why I was getting sun spots despite wearing sunscreen on my face DAILY. :( After speaking with a rep for La Roche-Posay, she explained how their products guarantee at least half of the listed SPF will apply to UVA protection (i.e., if the product lists an SPF of 30, the UVA protection will be at least SPF 15). I've since switched my daily moisturizer to their hydraphase UV line, which gives me more confidence I'm protecting my face from burns AND aging/cancer. The cream itself has a subtle fresh scent. I also have sensitive skin and have found it to be very gentle. It feels initially a bit oilier than I typically like, but it absorbs pretty quickly. I do need to make sure it's absorbed before applying something like a bronzer or I find it harder to get even makeup coverage. Other than that, I think it's a great product and will definitely buy again.

i used to tan a lot when i was younger and i feel like i have some uv sun damage. this is very hydrating and i feel like it's helping to "undo" some of that damage.
