The quality of their bras are awful.

In the last month I have purchased 4 bras from LA Senza. Two have broken in ways that can not be fixed. I asked for replacements and they said they can't do that. Instead they will send a gift card through the mail. Sounds good right? Because of the promotion going on at the time they will be sending me $21 less then I paid for them. I posted a review on their Facebook page and someone private messaged me asking me to send my order number and pictures of the bras and they would look into it. I immediately tried sending the pictures and they wouldn't send. They blocked on social media. That must be the thing these days.i will never buy from them again.

Poor Quality

I got very bad rashes on my breast which took 2 months to go. I spoke to 2 of my friends and they too had the same complaint

Buyers Beware

Check your credit card after making an online purchase. I made a purchase in August and my credit card was charged more than the amount given at confirmation of purchase. I contacted them multiple times and their response was give it a week, then two weeks, then a month. It's now 6 weeks and they have done nothing to fix the issue. I've contacted my credit card company because la senza kept pushing me off probably knowing I only had 60 days to dispute with the credit card company.

Not worth your time or money

Everytime I go into la senza the workers are extremely rude. Although they carry all of the regular bra sizes the way the bras are manufactured are for small framed women so if you are anything over a size 4 I would look elseware no matter your breast size. The online store is even worse than in person. The company has no sense of a womans body as they believe we all have the exact same frame type... If I were you i would go to Aerie instead as their bras as just as nice, last alot longer, they have a lifetime guarentee and they have bras for ALL body types from 00 to xxxL.

never really find anything that catches my eye in the store majority of their bras are sized quite poorly, they tell me my size every time i go in and every time it never fits and the bras i have had have broken a lot
