Feels lovely going on, but poor lasting.

I had heard very good reviews about this product and was thrilled to try it when I came across it in my local store. It is a gel and usually they feel great on my dry skin and provide immediate long lasting relief, however, this ticked one of the boxes and provided a great feeling on application, but shortly after being absorbed I needed to top it up with my usual moisturizer to give my skin the feeling that it has been hydrated.
