The best pans I’ve ever owned

I really like these lagostina nera hard-anodized 12-piece set pans! I’ve heard great things about Lagostina but I’ve never owned any. I am obsessed with the fact that I can cook with them on the stove and then put them into the oven. Also the fact that they can withstand temperatures up to 500 F. So they are good for broiling things as well. The non stick on them works really well. Nothing sticks while cooking and they clean up really easily too. I made a baked spaghetti in my big pan and carrot soup in the big pot. Both turned out excellent! I love that they are metal utensil safe. I even used my immersion blender in my pot and gave no scratches at all.The only things I have to say against them would be that they seem to heat up a tiny bit slower than my other pans ( I think it’s because they are thicker and better quality though) and also that the care process for them seems a bit picky. Like they are dishwasher safe, but they recommend that you hand wash them instead because of the harsh chemicals. You have to wash them right away and dry them right away. Nothing to hard to do it just seems a bit picky. I would definitely recommend these though and would like to buy more pieces in the future
