This product comes from Korea. I bought it on Ebay for under $3.00! It is made with Snail slime extract (kind of gross, i know), and claims to also have collagen in it. It claims to reduce puffy eyes and under eye circles. I have been using it for over a month now, and haven't noticed any difference in my eye bags, but I have noticed that it does moisturize my eye area really nicely, and safely. I will continue to use it. It's very light and smells great! Also the price cannot be beat!
