Good Mascara
I still enjoy this mascara. It's not super dramatic, but it certainly doesn't clump, so I enjoy that about it. While it's a bit on the pricier side for what it does, I do think it's a high quality product.
Fell in love with this mascara, deffinatly worth the money, its lasts, it actually makes your lasheds look longer unlike other compaines who claim that. This is the only mascara that realy does what it say for me!
Im always buying drugstore mascaras but I wanted to see what the big fuss about this mascara was. i would say it was worth my $50! the mascara lasts all day and even until night time, it looks fresh and not droopy. i fell in love with this mascara!
The way this mascara works, is that it imitates that of the proper application of mascara. Mascara is to be applied in a zig zag form. When using the Lancome vibrating wand from base to end, it gives the illusion of longer lashes, while separating your lashes at the same time. This mascara also wears longer when paired with the Lancome Cils Booster XL primer. I love this product, and have been loving it for 3 years!! I've been so satisfied with it, that I have not been swayed to try anything new!!
Love this product! Its the only mascara I use, every single time is a even application, none of my lashes stick together and they always look nice and full. It's a little bit pricey for Mascara but worth every penny!
Flakes off after a few hours of wearing this mascara. Too much product on brush. Vibrating? I don't understand why it has to vibrate. I suppose they have to justify the price somehow. There are much better mascaras for much less money.
this mascara was a huge disappointment to me... this is like $40 and when i first got it i took out the plastic and clicked the button and it didnt even vibrate so i had to go back to the store and exchange for new one but when i got new one it feels like the vibrator doesnt even work it dosent even do anything that was the biggest waste of 40 dollars in my entire life...
Huge disappointment. The brush is weird and delivers way to much product through the spare bristles. I don’t get the vibrating part. I don’t find it to do anything. The only thing that vibrates is the handle while my lashes get clumped up together. It does not lengthen, doesn’t give volume, separation, let alone their advertised dramatic look. I love Lancôme mascaras in general but to me, this was a huge fail; and I blame it all on the brush. The product itself has a very nice texture, as always, but the brush is terrible.
If you wanna dish out the 30$ stick to Hypnose.
I received this as a birthday present, and I mention this because I would never buy a mascara for $35! I was flabbergasted when I looked up the price, but didn't have very high expectations toward its performance. I always figured that the vibration factor was just a gimmick. This was my first product from Lancome, and I had no idea as to the kind of quality this brand has to offer. I was surprisingly impressed in trying out the mascara for the first time.
I have the short, straight, barely-there Asian eyelashes and this mascara made them defined and lengthened. It didn't clump nearly as much as the cheaper mascaras I've used in the past. It made a huge difference on my bottom lashes; they actually became visible! I started using the mascara daily, but only on the bottom, and used kohl pencil liner instead of liquid for a soft and pretty look.
I don't activate the vibrations however, as I find them hindersome and creepy, like tickling your eyeball with a feather. =/ Another thing I didn't like was that it made my eyelashes droopy and unable to hold a curl. It's a gripe I have with almost every single mascara I've tried, so I wasn't expecting too much with that.
I ordered an electric heated eyelash curler and I think I'll have much better luck with this mascara once it arrives. I wouldn't recommend this to people who have trouble keeping a curl to their lashes, but only few mascaras will work to solve this problem. For people with already long, naturally curled eyelashes, this product will work beautifully. Then again, drugstore mascaras would probably work just as well. This mascara would only serve as a luxury.
Lovely!
Lancome is not my favorite brand - I often don't like their products and find they have little lasting power. This one was different. I really liked the way it went on - and the vibrations were actually cool - helped separate my lashes. And the look was very pretty and feminine.
