Foundation works well but pale shade oxidised badly

I was shade matched to this in-store at a lancome counter and at the time thought it looked beautiful on my skin for a full coverage foundation. It gave really good coverage without looking thick or cakey.
It applied well with a brush and I purchased the lightest shade available.
Unfortunately after a few weeks of using this foundation I realised that it was oxidising badly on my skin and turning very pink. I can't recommend this foundation because of the dramatic shade change that made the product unusable for me despite being recommended by counter staff. Be aware that this colour change can happen and test it thoroughly before purchase.

Too Many Chemicals

I used this foundation for over a year. It does last a long time. I wore it on an overnight flight from Toronto to London, and when I arrived in London the woman checking me into my lodging told me I looked "fresh." That said, I have switched to a foundation with more natural ingredients now.

There are better products for less!

This foundation is touted as a long-lasting foundation with full coverage. To compare this product, I typically use Kat Von D's Lock It Foundation, Urban Decay's All Nighter Foundation, Dermablend Cream Concealer (industrial strength coverage) or CoverFx. This product definitely does not provide the same level of coverage, and oxidized on my skin (which is not particularly oily or prone to oxidization). I used a primer, and still this happened. Even with the use of a setting powder and setting spray, this wasn't very long lasting. For the price of approx $60 CDN, I would recommend the aforementioned products.

I would not buy this again

This foundation did not help my oily skin at all. It looked nice when I first applied it but after an hour, my face started to look very oily and greasy. Powdering my face did not help how oily and shiny it looked. I used it twice for different events and I had the same result each time. Personally, I do not recommend this foundation for oily skin.

Lancôme keeps changing this foundation with different names and colour swatches. None of them match the products that they currently were before. Coverage is ok with Matt finish. Need to buy 2 foundation swatches to get my skin tone. Disappointed in the constant changes they keep making
