Good concept but the packaging is faulty

I liked this eye serum, however I don't think I had enough time to properly test out how it would improve the appearance of my under eye area. My main gripe with this product though is the packaging:
a) the pump is stiff and not the easiest to dispense
b) the product doesn't come out evenly from all 3 holes so I find myself pumping too much out in order to mix up the formulas for proper efficacy which is wasteful

Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye

I really like this serum, it does not leave residue, it leaves under my eyes looking smooth and soft. The packaging is what really caught my eye, which is why I thought it was too good to be true, I even used it on my face as well and since using it I noticed more smooth skin and less noticeable eye lines.

Love Lancôme but this pump doesn’t work!

I love Lancôme Renergie products and was super excited to be selected to receive the Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye to test. Alas, I was sick when it arrived and then when I was well enough to test it, I was really upset when the pump didn’t work properly. Every time I used it, I pumped it many times but only one of the 3 parts to it came out. I’ve tried it for over 2 weeks but it still hasn’t been fixed. I don’t know what it is about it but I still feel like even the one part has worked to visibly reduce my dark circles - I can’t explain it! So I’m willing to give it another chance and would definitely try it again!

Wasn’t my favourite

This eye cream was nice but definatly not my favourite. I felt with the bottle it was difficult to control how much product is coming out and one full pump was too much for just the eye area. The packaging is cute as it matched the face cream. I didn’t notice much of a difference in my under eye area after using the product for 2 weeks. It feels nice on the skin and has a nice scent, but nothing something for me.

Seems okay

I’ve been using the Lancôme product for a few weeks now and it seems to be okay. The ingredients are good, but what I’m not a huge fan of is the three chambers where the serums come out and then you mix together. I’ve used similar products in the past and this type of packaging/dispensing just isn’t effective. You get too much of some of the serums, not enough of the others, this also often leads to running out of one or more of the serums in the trio before the others. In general I also think far too much product comes out and there is a lot of waste.

Packaging and its pitfalls aside I can’t say for certain that I have seen a difference since I began using the serum, it does feel tingly and like it’s working but I need to keep going before I can confirm that.

Terrible dispenser!

I received this product fre from Butterly for my review. First let me say the dispenser is horrible! The instructions say to pump until all three serums come out and then blend them togetherin yout palm, but no matter how much product I wanted, I could never get the third product to dispense. I don’t know how valuable my review will be as I was never able to use the product fully due to this. For the rest, I found the dispenser dispensed a lot of product with just the two serums I was able to use, I can't imagine how much extra the third product would add if you were able to get it out. Seemed like there would be a lot of wasted product. There was no real scent to the other two products, and the absorbed quickly into the area around my eyes. My skin around my eyes felt soft after using the product for a week, but I really didn't see much of a difference in my skin texture with regards to fine lines I don't know if having the third product would have made a difference. Because if this issue with the dispenser, I would not waste my money on this product.

Faulty applicator

I was using the product for a few days before the top nozzle started to dispense product. I wish the dispensing of this product was perfect from the beginning. In terms of the eye cream, it did sting my eyes a little as it is very watery, with all 3 creams combined. I can however say I do notice after 2 weeks that the area around my eyes is definitely more hydrated. I will keep using it!

Okay but not for me

The scent and texture was nice and it goes on smooth. However, I just didn’t find it made much of a difference for me and a lot of the times it wasn’t pumping out of all three holes. I’m sure it could just be the one I received but I was disappointed with that.

Nice consistency

I was excited to try an aging serum for the under eye are that reduces appearance of fine lines. I enjoy the consistency of the product. It feels very lightweight like a thinner eye cream with serum. I’ve been using it at night, right before bed. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my fine lines but I think I do look a little more awake in the morning. It has a scent I don’t particularly care for and I feel a slight stinging feeling when I use this and I wonder if it is due to the fragrance. For that reason I would not purchase this myself. Agréable à utiliser

J’utilisais déjà la version pour le visage, que j’aimais, alors je n’ai pas été très surprise de cette version pour les yeux. J’ai beaucoup aimé la texture. J’ai trouvé mon regard illuminé. Je trouve par contre que la pompe distribue beaucoup de produit. J’aurais pu faire mon visage complet avec une pompe. J’en mets autour de la bouche pour ne pas gaspiller.
