It's a foundation stick, a high lighter, contour stick and concealer all in one!
The shade I picked out based on the series of questions I was asked about my skin colour was great as a contour but I would have to get another stick to try the highlight feature.
Concealer - though it's a smooth application, it comes out looking a bit caked on even with some blending.
Contour - amazing. Flawless finish and made my skin look incredible. The stick had a wide surface so it covers more area. Much better than the thin sticks I have used in the past.
Foundation. - a little goes a long way. I just put dots in different sections on my face and blended. It worked into my skin without a trace and doesn't look like your wearing makeup!
Only down side is that the stick only yields a few cms of makeup. I think being able to buy a refill for it instead of another stick would be so much better.
Overall, try it out! I would recommend it for sure. Loved how it went on and blended into my natural skin colour. It also looks very natural which I loved.
I was one lucky girl to received this product from the ChickAdvisor review club! I received the perfect foundation shade for my skin tone Bisque (N) 260. #gotitfree #LancomeTIUstick
I only had 3 days to try this foundation but i can already say how pleasantly surprise i am.
I have dry, sensitive skin and this foundation applies smoothly and doesn't cling to dry spots.
It also glides over any fine lines i have and makes my face look flawless with my freckles still showing( which i like). It did a good job at covering redness around my nose and dark circles.
This foundation has a medium coverage that didnt oxidize during the day.
It is really lightweight and leave a soft finish that doesnt feel like im wearing foundation. It stayed put all day at work.
I tried blending it with my fingers and with a beautyblender and i prefer the finish i get with the sponge. And a little goes a long way, so this stick will last a while!
I like that i can use it to cover and conceal and would consider getting one for hightlight and one for contour to complete my makeup bag. It would certainly simplify my beauty routine. I love multipurpose products!
I received this product for free from the ChickAdvisor review club. I received in shade 410 Bisque (W) for the purpose of contouring. It was actually a bit light for contouring but great as a foundation. It is my second time trying a stick foundation. This particular product has a little bit more product and cost a little less than the other one that I tried. The product is very creamy, easy to apply and has good coverage. It has a matte finish and does not feel oily. It blends really well and it does not transfer. I wore it all day today and it looks still good this evening. Finally, the foundation comes in a cute packaging that is perfect for travelling and for those who are always on-the-go. I highly recommend this product.
The product went on flawlessly. It was a tad darker than my natural tone and a bit darker than I would have went, but it ended up working well. It has even coverage and didn't end up making me look like I was wearing a pound of make up. I used the product more as a contouring product. In the places where I want to darken.
I received this through the product review club.
Cream Contouring is something I do every day and I have tried many products. I really enjoyed the Lancome Teint Idole Foundation stick. It blended super easily and was very pigmented. It was long lasting. I set mine with a contour powder to enhance it's staying power. If I was going to buy this I recommend swatching in the store. I thought my contour color would be alittle more brown grey but it was more bronzey. It still worked well. I would like to try my foundation shade.
Although I got a shade that was suppose to be my "highlight" shade, I thought it was actually my personal skin tone! So that's what I've been using it as. The shade I got was 140 Ivory (N), although I'm more of warm tone person, I can get away with neutral tones.
This product is definitely oil-free. Coming from a person who has dry skin, it may be a little too drying if I did not prep my skin correctly. So dry-skin ladies, just be careful! In terms of coverage, it definitely is medium to full coverage! those veins ain't going anywhere! But with that said, as the finish is slightly powdery, it may not look all THAT good on top of blemishes. Comparing this with other products, having it being in a stick form makes applications so much easier and faster. The blend-ability of this foundation is super easy!
This would be a foundation stick that I would not be afraid to offer to my friends and get them to try it out. In terms of transferability, I am always careful to not wear clothes that would touch my make up, so it is tough for me to be truthful as to whether it would transfer onto clothing or not =(.

I have to say, I didn't think I'd like this foundation... but it's actually really nice! The ONLY reason I wouldn't purchase it personally is the price tag of $53.
I've never tried any Lancome products, so I was pretty excited to receive this for free as part of the Product Review Club. It's in a stick form, and when applied immediately turns into this smooth powder finish type consistency. It blends beautifully with a foundation brush, and would blend well with your fingers as well. It's also buildable if you're looking for a high coverage look, but I found this was a nice medium-full coverage foundation on it's own without having to apply more once blended initially.
If I was going to splurge, this would definitely be an item I'd go for. I always wear a lot of makeup to work, and I got a few compliments the first day I wore it, which says a lot because most of the time I'm wearing a full face.
I was a bit hesitant about this product at first. The packaging is really nice, but the product seemed a bit slick.
When I used it, it transferred fantastically and was really easy to blend!
The colour remained all day! I will absolutely be buying this!
I tried this foundation many ways at first the shade matches me so perfect that I decided to use it as an all foundation. It's a light to medium coverage foundation and it's a cream to pouder foundation. The minute it touches my skin it transform to a pouder and as I have a normal to dry skin I did not like it. So I gave it a second try and use it over a liquid foundation and concealer it gave them a boost of light and a set it all and didn't use a setting pouder. And the last way I used it is to clean the edges of your contour and that was the best thing ever as a stick you can draw it but as it transform to a pouder it won't take off any of the foundation underneath and will mix with everything underneath smoothly.. so if you have an oily skin you have to get it if you don't think about using it for something else of foundation like concealer or contouring and lightening the face..
I got this product for free to review (Product Review Club).
I tried this foundation stick for 2 days before writing a review. I got the 250 Bisque (W) as a highlighter. It was almost close to my skin tone so the results of me using it as a highlighter was not as visible as I wanted it to be. I have use highlighting powder in the past and I would say that this foundation stick is much better. The application is so smooth and a little creamy. It blends really well. I have large pores and it filled up my pores nicely and not cakey at all. I always have problems by my cheek area. Any foundation or concealer I use no matter what primer I have on first, still gets cakey and creasy. This foundation blended nicely and gave me a nice coverage. I use a damp blending sponge and also used an angled liquid foundation brush and they both worked really well. I like using it now to highlight my brows.
I would say it is a light to medium coverage but very buildable til you achieve full coverage you wanted. It also blended nicely with the finishing powder I was using. I love that it is oil free and has a matte finish. It is not a very matte finish. I'd say it's in between dewy and matte.. but like 70% matte just enough glow that it makes the finish looks really nice.
The SPF is an added bonus! I should say too that it is not transfer proof or smudge proof.. it is TRANSFER and SMUDGE resistant.. meaning there will still be minimal transfer and it will still budge.
It is very light weight. I don't even feel like I was wearing makeup. I will continue to use this and would probably get the shade closest to my skin tone as my base foundation and get a dark one for contouring once my contour cream is done. I love how small it is and you can just take anywhere with you. My makeup on day 1 trying this product lasted for a good 9 hours til I have to remove it. My work involves running around and cleaning and my makeup was still on til I got home.
I guess it all depends on your skin type. This will probably not be good for oily skin. Oh yeah, it wasn't cakey at all on my dry spots and covered it up pretty well. I like how easy it is to use this product and just glides on my skin.
The price may be a bit in a higher range but I think it's worth it. :)
Thank you again ChickAdvisor for the nice opportunity.
