Lashes for days!!

Mascara is alway hot or miss for me. I find if you get volume with a tube, then you lack in wear or another area. I am always excited to try new mascaras in hopes of finding the holy grail of mascara and was very excited to try Lancome's Monsieur Big Masxara from Chick Advisor.

First of all, holy lashes! I have never seen my lashes look this long or this full without having them clump to the end of the earth. It looked like I had false lashes on without having to lay down the hour for application. Secondly, it was such a nice easy application that needed very little coats and just went on like butter.

They looked great all day, the only thing I found is that they did tend to smear with any water so when the waterproof formula comes out I will be first in line for what will be my holy grail mascara!

Big drama - grabs every lash!

Monsieur Big mascara grabs each and every eyelash and coats it perfectly with no clumps and lots of volume. The brush is precise and extends eyelashes with a lengthening effect. It's long-lasting and doesn't flake. I would love to try a waterproof version of this. I recieved this as a gift from lancome and chickadvisor but opinions are my own.

Pretty good lower lash mascara

I have eyelash extensions on my upper lashes so I only used this on my lower lashes. The first thing I noticed is that a lot of product collected on the brush and I had to remove the excess by scraping the wand on the top of the container. It would have been nice if the container removed more of the excess. I found that I had to apply it sparingly to prevent it from clumping my lower lashes. It lasted a long time and made my lower lashes look very thick and defined. I am undecided if I would purchase it again for my lower lashes. I got this product as a gift through the Chick Advisor Product Review Club.

In Love

I did my makeup as usual today yet something looked extra special. My face looked brighter, my eyes looked wider and more open and other colors on my face such as my lipstick and blush were popping! It wasn't until I removed my makeup at the end of the with only the mascara left that I realized it was the magical product. My lashes were lifted, curled and blackest of black. Which transformed my average everyday look into something great. The Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara is something special and while it's got an average high-end price tag, this one is worth every penny.

.amazing lancome mascara

The lancome mascara I received to review was something I was so excited about. This mascara lasts all day , doesn't smudge or have fall out after a few hours , the packaging is very pretty and luxurious.
This mascara also has a decent smell as some come off so strong this isn't bad at all. The wand in itself is a great size and produces good volume. Would definitely repurchase lancome big mascara !!

good mascara but I prefer others

Super thankful for the #gift from Lancome & Chickadvisor !! I was super happy about being selected because this is one of the first higher end brand that has sent me a product for review ! I apologize for being a little late with the review - I didn't receive my gift until a few days ago, I am guessing the Canada Day weekend delayed the delivery.

I have thin Asian lashes, so my review will not be applicable to everyone.

Pros:
- gives volume to lashes (but maybe not to "12x" as they claim)
- does not smudge

Cons:
- starts to clump if you layer the product to build volume
- made my eyes itchy (after a long day/night, I want to rub my eyes)
- not a fan of the brush (I often accidentally get product onto my eyelids)

This isn't a terrible mascara, but I've tried many mascaras and have built up preferences. From the Lancome line, I prefer Hypnose Drama over this. Other great mascaras that I would prefer over this would be the MUFE Smoky Extravagant and Benefit They're Real.

I would buy this again for the value

This Lancôme mascara is just lovely! I got this as a free gift to sample and was disappointed it took so long to get it but holy crap! It's only been 2 days and I'm so impressed! I have high expectations for my mascara when it comes to volume and I was NOT disappointed! Soo good! I will buy, highly recommended! #gift #buythisshit

If you love Lancôme, you've gotta try this

I received this item for free from Lancôme and Chick Advisor - thank you for letting me try this mascara! I've had it for about a week now and have only tried it a few times because of a nasty sinus infection keeping me in bed. But here's what I can report: like all Lancôme mascaras, this formula is VERY wet when the bottle is new. Personally I find this really tough to work with on natural lashes. If you let the wand dry out a little before you apply, it does help - but I think this is one that will get better with age. I love the big brush and bottle, and the formula is a really dark, luxurious shade of black. I'll report back when this one is a little more worn in!

Good mascara - but I have used much better

I have used both high end and drugstore mascara and this mascara to me fell somewhere in between. The formula and brush were slightly better then can be expected at a drug store level however did not come close to some Dior or two faced mascaras I have used in the past. And since this is a Lancôme product, i expected it to work a little better. The packaging to me felt more on the cheaper side and the results on my lashes were not bad but not mind blowing. For the price point and the big company back up of Lancôme I was expectinged to be wowed, however that did not happen and I personally would not buy this again. This review is not to say that this is a bad product what so ever because for the right person it will be a holy grain- the formula is quite good, but with the name "Monsieur big" I was expecting my lashes to look a lot longer and fuller however the results were not there for me.
