Received a travel sized version of this for free and have been using it in my travel cosmetic bag. It is the perfect size to take on the plane. Unfortunately I did have some slight leakage out of the bottle. The product itself works great to remove mascara (though I did not try it with waterproof mascara). I wet a cotton round and apply a few drops of the product and am able to take off all my mascara, shadow, concealer etc, using the single round. This does tend to leave a bit of an oily residue but is easily washed off, and doesn't create irritation. Though I do like this product, I do not think I will purchase it because the price is quite steep and I use other cheaper brands that are just as effective.

I find Lancome Bi-facil Eye Makeuo Remover works well. It takes eye makeup of quickly. I just find it to be expensive for the amount you get. Other products that work just as well are half the price and you get more product.

This eye makeup remover will literally get rid of everything. It is a little oily and the cost is pricier than other brands but works really well. If you buy any other Lancome products, this normally comes in the gift with purchase so you can always sample it first.

I found this makeup remover too greasy.
It feels like a film is left behind on the lashes.
It does remove waterproof mascara well,
but I only wear waterproof on special occasions.
I find this remover to heavy duty for everyday
use.

The Lance Bi-facil eye makeup remover is a very good product, it works well on normal and water-resistant mascara. The only negative point is that it is kind of irritative for the eyes.

It does not irritate the eye. Lacome is very good at making a formula for even the most sensitive of eyes. I tried using different methods- a hand towel, a tissue, a puff ball. I prefer using a tissue, three dabs of this formula, and most of my eye makeup is removed. I don't think any product can promise you removal in one swipe- so I expected as much. You can even open your eyes- no stinging.

This product does work ok, although I do have to really try to get my mascara off for a bit. I find it almost leaves your eyes too oily and stings your eyes even after showering! I would say it is way too expensive for a product like this.

It works but it leaves you feeling yucky. I get these bottles as a sample all the time. I tried really hard to make it work. It just leaves an oily substance all over your face. It has a hard time removing my water proof eye liners.
