This product gets amazing reviews and reader's choice awards in magazines everywhere, but I haven't found it that effective in removing waterproof mascara. I have to squeeze the cotton ball on my lashes to get the mascara off, which sometimes causes the lashes to fall out. For the price point, I would have expected it to remove mascara without any rubbing or excess pressure.

Gentle yet effective in removing eye liner and mascara. It keeps the eyelids moisturized as well. I definitely recommend it.

Great makeup remover. I've been using this remover faithfully for years, mainly because I'm a big Lancome fan and always end up with a few Gift With Purchase's a year, and Lancome is great because you can choose what you want in the bag. I usually ask for a few bottles of this (and they're a decent size, great for travelling as well) and they last be throughout the year. I've never actually had to purchase a full bottle, but I believe they're around $20. This formula is a little oily, but if you have a dry eye area like me, your skin will thank you for it. It takes off waterproof and difficult makeup in no time, and doesn't irritate the skin. Any residue is absorbed nicely (on my skin anyway) and there's no redness.

This product is too oily and messy. It does remove my eye makeup well but leaves lots of grease and residue behind.

I mean, it is really expensive. That is the thing. But it is so gentle and works so well that I want to buy it all the time. It takes off clumps and waterproof and everything!

EXTREMELY expensive (I just paid $35 for a bottle, and plan to spare it along,) but extremely effective. I've tried a LOT of eye makeup remover products and this has been by far my favourite. I use a primer on my lids and long-lasting, waterproof makeup so I need something powerful to get it off at the end of the day. Doesn't irritate my eyes or leave them feeling dry.
