This product works very well. It takes eye make up very easily. It does leave a little oil behind, so you need to wait a few minutes if you are reapplying eye make up. Overall, I am very happy with it.

J'ai essayé plusieurs types de démaquillants au fil des ans, mais bi-facil est le plus efficace. J'utilise du maquillage hydrofuge pour les yeux et je porte des verres de contact. Bi-facil est le seul produit qui enlève toute trace de maquillage sans irriter mes yeux. Une petite quantité sur un q-tips me permet de nettoyer tout le maquillage d'un oeil. C'est un produit très efficace.

Over the years I’ve trued many eye makeup removers some that work some that don’t however I find most of them leave my eyes feeling dry and sometimes burning. When I first tried this one I was skeptical because it appeared oily in the container but it was amazing on my eyes. Not only does it remove all my eye makeup but my eyes don’t feel sore after like most removers make them. My eyes always feel great with this product.

I tried this eyemakeup remover from lancome and loved the smell and how it feels on the skin after using it.. you don't need too much in your cotton pad for the makeup to be removed

good quality eye makeup remover!

I got a deluxe sample of this in a GWP. This works well for me: I use quite a bit of waterproof mascara and eyeliner, and Lancome Bi-Facil removes all of that in a few swipes. I don’t have to rub or tug too much at my eyes to get this to work. It doesn’t leave an oily residue on my skin which is a big plus. This product is scented but it is faint so it doesn’t linger at all on your skin. Bi-Facil is the first high-end duo eye makeup remover I’ve tried and I’m impressed; it’s a good product however I don’t think I would purchase a full bottle of this (125ml, $39 CAD) just because the Neutrogena one (162ml, $10 CAD) works just fine.

The best eye makeup remover i ever use. It desrves 5 star. After use yur skin feel fresh and moisturize. I use this to remove my eye makeup and foundation. Then wash my face with only water and then yur skin feel so hydrated. A bit pricey other wise best.

Un classique!

La formule bi-facil est un classique de ma trousse de maquillage depuis longtemps! Ce démaquillant enlève toute trace de maquillage même waterproof, tout en étant doux pour les yeux. Il contient toutefois de l'huile, mais on ne la sens pas sur le visage.

C'est super efficace! Je l'ai eu gratuitement en cadeau après avoir acheter un autre produit lancôme et j'ai adoré... Ça enlève trés facilement le maquillage et elle rend la peau éblouissante aprés utilisation.
