I have tried other eye make-up removers in the past: products from the drugstore or grocery store and even almond oil. Finally, I admitted to myself that the one that I wanted and needed was Lancome's Bi-Facil. It is gentle. It is effective. It isn't oily and doesn't leave residue. It leaves my eyelids clean of mascara, liner, and eyeshadow quickly and thoroughly. This is a product I don't ever want to be without. I use it daily and would recommend it to anyone who want a gentle, effective eye make-up remover that keeps its promises.

Enfin, je me suis avoué que celui que je voulais et dont j'avais besoin était la Bi-Facil de Lancome. C'est doux. C'est efficace. Il n'est pas huileux et ne laisse pas de résidu. This eye makeup remover is my all time favorite products ! It remove everythiiinng even waterproof mascara ! You cant go wrong with this one , its so soft and gentle to the eyes and it works perfectly .

I've tried so many makeup removers and some are too oily, some don't work well at all but this makeup remover is the absolute best! It leaves my skin soft and feeling fr she and moisturizers. It removes all my makeup including waterproof makeup with such ease. And you don't even need a lot - I only need a drop on a cotton pad. So great! It's the only makeup remover I'll use!

J'ai adoré le bi-facil pour enlever mon mascara quotidien. Il fonctionne tres bien et pas la peine d'en mettre une tonne non plus. Mes seuls hic : c'est 40$ pour la bouteille, ce qui commence a faire cher pour un démaquillant. de plus, si on l'utilise quotidiennement et qu'on en met trop, des petites boules blanches commence a apparaitre dans le coin de l'oeil (je crois que c,est causer a cause de l'huile contenu dans le démaquillant).

Works well. It is very oily. But does remove all your makeup. Easy to use. Handy to have when it comes to waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Lancome is always a trusted brand . Would recommend

Best Eye Make-Up Remover Ever!

This is the absolute best eye make-up remover I have ever used. I originally received it as a gift with purchase from Lancôme and have been using it ever since. You do not have to use much to get your eye-makeup off and it removes all make-up without a lot of rubbing on your eyes. Very gentle to use and excellent results.

Recently recommended this to a friend who had been using eye make-up remover wipes and now this is her go to make-up remover as well.

It is a little more expensive than drugstore eye make-up removers but it is well worth it and you can often buy it and get a gift with purchase from Lancôme.

This remover is top of the line quality and gentle on your skin and eyes. I do not get any eye burning using this remover and it removes even liquid lipsticks that have been on all day or waterproof makeup. It has a nice light scent that is not harsh and doesn't smell like chemicals. it's worth the price for sure.
