The TheraPearl heat pads provided so much relief while I nursing. Especially on days when I felt I had a clogged duct. The heat from the pad and a light massage helped me quite a bit.

Absolutely fantastic! I set mine in the freezer and put them in my bra when I feel engorged or in any kind of pain. They are an absolute must for any breastfeeding mother. I haven't needed to heat them yet, but the cooling aspect of them alone is perfect. They don't get TOO cold that it hurts against your skin. It feels so comfortable. I will be buying these as part of baby shower gifts for any future showers I go to.

Really helped with my breast tenderness. I loved that it had a cold and hot option so that when my breasts were engorged it went down and when it was tender it stopped.
