For the price...

You would expect an $18 eye pencil to work but this one doesn't really. It's difficult to get any colour from it, and forget about using it in the waterline! You will spend 5 minutes stabbing yourself in the eye only to realise there is no colour payoff.

I think the pencil is too hard, I prefer a creamier eye pencil. What colour I can get from it is pretty enough, a shimmery white/silver shade. Even then, it doesn't seem very pigmented.
