I got this product as an Ipsy sample. I used it one night, following the instructions carefully. After being on for a few minutes it felt very warm. By the time a few more seconds passed it became unbearable and I quickly had to wipe it off my face. (I didn't even make it 10 minutes into the 20 it was supposed to be on)

IT BURNED MY FACE!

Once I got the product off my face remained red for almost 20 full hours and was extremely sore and sensitive. When I emailed their customer service department they took a few days to respond and then when they did just asked for the batch code on my container and then never said anything else or replied to my emails.
