When i first wanted to read this book my friends told me not to and that it would be a waste of my time because its boring and hard to get through. I did not find that to be the case. I loved this book so much that it was finished within a couple days. The way that Lauren Kate makes all the fallen angels not the same how some are actually good taught me that good people can also make bad decisions and fight for what is right in the end. Also that sometimes in a round about way everyone is fighting for the same greater good. This book is captivating and has you hooked when you follow Luce through her hard life where she is not supposed to live to grow old. Her destiny is to die. Lauren Kate shows you how fate can be changed and fought against in the best way possible.

This is the first book in the Fallen series by Lauren Kate. If you love supernatural and stories about Fallen Angels this is a great read. The writing and story line keeps you captivated - a great book!
