SPARKLY LINER

When I first saw this lavender shimmer eye pencil at the NYX store, I thought the shine of it looked amazing!
Once I got home & put it on my lids, it was way too light but the shimmer was showing on my lids more than the lavender shade, as well as under my eyes & all over my cheek areas.
I was afraid it would go inside the eyelids which is not good or healthy.
