Pringles are better
Here's the thing. I like these chips but I don't love them. I prefer Pringles over these. These are thicker and taste more baked. They're not as flavourful as Pringles either. If you prefer baked chips over fried, I think you'd love these. They're worth trying out atleast once.
Knockoff Pringle's.
These cannot compare to Pringles at all. These chips almost have a baked chips feel to them they're not light like a normal lays chip or even like a Pringle.. they're thicker than that. The taste is okay but again it's nothing like an original lays chips. Theyre not that salty either so it basically just tastes like a fried potato. The plus to thsee chips is that they do come stacked to the very top of the can and they're decently cheap so if you like baked chips these are the ones for you!
Great chip!
Amazing chips easy for the kids to handle and the fill up on them quicker. I love to use them for toppings on chicken and Mac and cheese. There are tons of flavors to choice from but original is my favorite!
Travel friendly and less greasy
I love Lays Stacked! They don't crunch and break up in the can and they're travel friendly. They also stay fresher for longer than a regular bag of chips, plus I find them less greasy!
Good crispy chips
I like these chips. They are on the salty side which I love. It makes a nice quick snack in moderation of course. The container is great, keeps the crumbs to a minimum.
Okay but could improve.
I'm a fan of Lay's chips in general and thought the Lay's Stax in the Original flavor would have been a good choice. In terms of the positive features, I liked how sturdy the chip was, which also made it great for dipping. Not too many crumbs at the bottom of the container either. The container itself is made of plastic which protects the chips inside, however, I did find that the lid required some effort to remove and the shape of the container made it a little difficult to reach your hand inside. I had to shake the chips out instead, which is probably better, anyway, if you'll be sharing with others. In terms of taste, I found the chips to be too salty. I was constantly reaching for a glass of water when eating these. However, I noticed that this occurred mostly with the chips at the top of the container. The ones closer to the bottom, weren't as salty. Now, this could have been a product "defect" or I had eventually become accustomed to the taste that it didn't come as a shock anymore. With that said, it's a decent chip, but not my favorite. I prefer the regular Lay's chips to these but the Stax are still good for dipping. The dip did offset the saltiness so it did taste better this way, for me. I'm not sure if I'd repurchase them, though.
These are a great snack! They have the perfect amount of salt on the chips to make them tasty without being too salty or too bland. The lid makes sure that any chips you don't finish will stay fresh and not go stale.
I love the taste and the different flavours. It is cheap ans not too expensive to buy . And you can re use the plastic container. I would give it 9 out of 10.
Lays Stax original chips are okay but I found them to be lacking in flavor and the chips were made thin so they easily break in container. Pringles are way better.
I love my potato chips and these are good tasting and are an economical price. they were 4 for $5.00 yesterday, so i bought 4. As the description refers, these chips are in a stackable container as the more expensive brands are.
